Tract 75-B has access along Rito Seco Road. This tract has been surveyed by Rincon Associates, Inc from Alamosa, CO. There are markers and survey pins for each corner. The survey has exact dimensions and coordinates for location of the corners. This tract is rather flat near the southern boundary along Rito Seco with sagebrush and prairie grasses. Heading towards the north the terrain gets quite aggressive as this tract climbs into the foothills; from the vantage point near the top you can see the entire San Luis Valley to the west and off the back side to the north, majestically standing in the distance Mt. Blanca, the centerpoint of this entire valley and region. Mt. Blanca is truly the beginning of the Rocky Mountain range starting there with the Sangre de Cristo's. Power is located to the east from our property along Rito Seco Road and runs not too far from our eastern boundary. Once you climb to the highest point on this property, the tree cover is quite heavy with pinon pines. Wildlife trails abound along this ridge and camping sites could be endless.
