Lot 6 (363040 E 1000 Road, Paden, OK 74860) is a great tract of land as it has some trees and several acres of pasture as well. There currently is a small mobile home located on the property with installed electric, well water and possible septic. All three of these will need to be confirmed by the new owner and will need to be turned on by the customer at their own expense. The previous owner had these installed as she lived on the property full time. We have not cleaned up the trailer or made any changes. The mobile home is "as is" and is being included with the land. We do not possess a title for the trailer as it has been abandoned. There is a small drive to the mobile home and a few really nice big trees around the trailer site.
