Tract 37 is a great parcel as it is located directly along dirt County Road 2221; the county road that fronts this beautiful development and leads directly into The Mark Twain National Forest to the east. There is a steep elevation change to this parcel but it does have many spots of level terrain along the northern boundary along the county road.
