Tract 7 is 24.38 +/- acres of land is located just northeast of a maintained dirt county road. The road to get back to this tract can be rough in spots and is not maintained. A 4WD would be recommended. The tract has been professionally surveyed and corners marked. This land was logged at one time, however it is growing back quite nicely. So you will have some portions with good timber and some with cleared land as well. Theeastern side of this tract borders the Mark Twain National Forest (pubic lands). There is also a small wet weather creek that winds through the western side of this tract as well. Power is located just the west along the county road.
