Tract 13 is a great tract as it sits along one of the ridges within this area. The views of the countryside are breathtaking and show the utter beauty of this area of the Ozarks. We really could realize why so many are drawn this part of Southern Missouri. The road that runs along the frontage of this tract is primitive and a 4WD vehicle will be recommended to access it. There are several hundred feet of level ground to setup camp, place some food plots to attract the hearty abundance of deer to this region along with turkey, or erect a small hunting cabin or yurt. There is an aggressive terrain and eleveation change as your head to the east on this property. The property heads down into the valley below to the other dirt road along the eastern boundary. Be aware that this land is rural and no utilites are available. This property has also been logged within the last 10 or so years, so the majority of the mature have been removed.
