Tract 7 is located along State Highway 43 just south of Sardis Lake. There is paved road frontage along the northern fenced boundary and a dirt road that enters the property from the frontage from the western boundary. The tract has been surveyed and flagged with stakes and survey pins for all corners. Tree cover is moderate to heavy and with some moderate clearing has many nice building spots to offer. Oak and short leaf pine are mostly dominant in this area. This tract sits along a little hill and has great views to the south of the mountains along this ridge.
