Tract 45 is located along one of the ridges of Flagpole Mountain overlooking Sardis Lake. There is dirt road frontage along the northern, western and southern boundaries of this tract. The tract has been surveyed and flagged with stakes and survey pins for all corners. The tract does slope to the southeast and offers some slight elevation change but is one of the more level tracts. Tree cover is moderate to heavy and with some clearing could offer some great views of the surrounding mountains. Oak and short leaf pine are mostly dominant in this area.
