Tract 69 is a great tract of mountain land that has dirt road access along the northern boundary and a steep road along the eastern boundary that leads up the ridge. The tract of land is quite level along the northern boundary and road and then is quite steep leading up the road along the eastern boundary up to the ridge. Tree cover is moderate to heavy with shortleaf pine and numerous other hardwoods indiginous to this area of Southern Oklahoma. Several open spots with some clearing would make for a perfect spot for camping or building a cabin along the northern side of this tract. While exploring this tract, you will find many rock formations along this southern ridge. No power or modern conveniences make this a true off grid plot of mountain land.
