Tract 1 (140 CR 2163, Clarksville, TX 75426) is a great tract as it is located directly along paved County Road 2163 along the southern boundary which turns to a dirt farm road along the western boundary. You will also find access to a power pole and meter on property, I believe rural water and meter also has been installed. There is a gradual elevation change to this parcel as it has lots of level terrain throughout the entire property.
