Lost River Tract 2 is located 330 feet to the south of Tract 1. Tree cover is moderate and also bordered by public lands to the east on the other side of the small road that leads back to this property. Access to power would be to the north of this property on the neighboring farm. Land is flat to rolling in nature. Great hunting and recreational opportunities abound in this area of Northern Minnesota. Be aware that the road is not maintained by the county and could be difficulat to access during the winter months. You will find several stands in the trees along the road as this property was mostly used for hunting in the past.
