Power lines can be found along the western and southern boundaries along the roads. The property has plenty of cover for wildlife and for the most part is quite flat in nature. The northern boundary backs up to a small canyon that connects with Meyers Canyon to the east of this property. This is a large plateau and you can see for miles.
