Terlingua Ranch Tract 5284 is a 40 acre tract of land located in the Big Bend Valley section of Terlingua Ranch. Big Bend Valley sits just east of Highway 118 and north of Terlingua Ranch Road. The land itself is flat and has sparse amounts of desert vegetation. Road access would be from the west off of Highway 118 and a dirt road along the southern boundary of the tract. I am not aware of power in this area. The most incredible feature of this tract is it sits just at the base of Nine Point Mesa. One of the largest focal points in this region west of Big Bend National Park.
