Terlingua Ranch Tract 6276 is located within the Cedar Springs section of Terlingua Ranch. Cedar Spring is located in the northeast section of Terlingua Ranch and this section borders the National Park along the east side of this section. Access would be via East Cedar Springs road and a small dirt road out into this part of the section. Views of Big Bend National Park to the east and Nine Point Mesa to the west. The majority of the tract is flat with a small ridge/mesa that runs along the southwestern part of the tract. Sparse amounts of desert vegetation and this part of the ranch is quite sandy.
