This 80 acre tract is located within the North Coroazones section of Terlingua Ranch. The terrain in this area is quite rugged and consists of some flat lands but mostly hills and valleys. Access would be via a small, unmaintained dirt road coming in from the northeast corner. Big Bend National Park sits just to the east of this property a few sections over. Vegetation will be sparse and there is a nice draw running east to west along this mesa. A 4WD vehicle is always recommened to access these more remote tracts of land.
