Terlingua Ranch Tracts 6106 and 6107 is located within the Cedar Springs section of Terlingua Ranch. Cedar Spring is located in the northeast section of Terlingua Ranch and this section borders the National Park along the east side of this section. Access would be via East Cedar Springs road and a small dirt road out into this part of the section. Views of Big Bend National Park to the east and Nine Point Mesa to the west. This tract has great vegetation and great elevation change. There are a couple of draws that run along the east and west sides of this tract.
