This 40 acre tract consists of tracts 8384 and 8385 and is located within the North Corozones section of Terlingua Ranch. Access to these tracts are via dirt roads along the southern and eastern boundaries of the land. The terrain is going to be rather flat to slight rolling in nature. There are a few draws running through this area so vegetation should be good. Views would include Nine Point Mesa just to the north of this section. Roads should allow for 2WD access. This tract would be great for camping, hunting or even establishing an off grid cabin or home.
